Our Story
Ohmni Recruitment was founded from first-hand experience of how difficult technical hiring can be when it’s handled by people who don’t truly understand the work behind the role.
After years of working closely with engineers, technicians and industrial teams, the founder saw the same challenges repeat themselves — capable professionals being overlooked, roles being poorly defined, and placements failing because expectations were never properly aligned.
What was missing wasn’t talent.
